Sales Manager

We are looking for a creative, self-starter with good client relationship skills to join a Senior CRM / ERP / Business Solutions Software Sales/ Account Manager resource for ZOHO software and EPICOR ERP practice. To help us grow our Software business through strategic lead generation, research, and all possible outreaches? And will also use your experience in sales to work with management to refine our sales strategy, messaging, and sales process. Resource should be focused on account management, billing, new projects in existing accounts, proposals, project meetings with client, issues resolution between client and tech resources etc. The overall objective of this role is not only to achieve or exceed sales targets in each financial year but also a build a potential Leadership

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for development of account plans for selected named accounts.
  • Responsible for achieving quarterly & annual sales targets.
  • Responsible for the overall planning, strategy, direction, and control of all sales in the allocated accounts; achievement of agreed sales targets; and the development of future sales plans.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining sales pipeline in CRM and submitting required sales forecasts.
  • Responsible for handling escalated customer complaints.
  • Required to communicate with customers to ensure that contractual service agreements and expectations are exceeded.
  • Provide sales, technology, and business-related expertise, particularly in the relevant Industry.
  • Establish contacts and building positive relationships/networks with senior level decision makers of the relevant Industry and its environment.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree / master’s degree
  • A proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience selling ERP / CRM / Business software solutions
  • High level of energy, drive, intellect, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment; including the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment
  • Self-motivated to expand personal professional knowledge of product and selling skills, and pursue high performance achievement
  • Strong communication skills, over the phone and face to face, and capable of managing professional sales presentations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent sales cycles
  • Proven ability to collaborate with team members and across teams
  • Good Verbal and written English fluency

IT - Software/ERP/CRM/ZOHO/EPICOR background is benefit

    • Work with the Senior teams to ensure that project is delivered to plan and budget.
    • Setting and managing expectations throughout the full project lifecycle.
    • Acting as the first point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Developing training materials and training the staff in the use of the configured solution.
    • Installing and implementing software.
    • Analyzing business requirements and document details (BPS – Solution Document).
    • Risks reporting to the senior team.
    • Identifying and documenting change requests.
    • Configuring software to meet the required solution design.
    • Test mapping – development prior to handover to UAT process.
    • Conduct UAT – Training Sessions with Customer.
    • Supporting the client in testing the system prior to go live.
    • Providing on-going support following go live.

    Additional skills:

    • Business Analyst – Operations (Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing)- Finance (Accounting & Taxation)- CRM, Technical-Business activity query.
    • Documentation skill for Process Study and Requirement documents
    • Epicor Knowledge - at least one of the function - Operations or Finance
    • Ability to conduct User Training
    • Understand Development Requirements and documentation
